Instrument Introduction

The CEAST 9300 drop hammer impact testing system can conduct experiments on various specimens, from finished products to specimens made according to professional standards.

CEAST 9310 is a desktop system designed for low-energy impact testing in the range of 0.15-20.4 J (0.11-15.1 ft lb). This compact model can be used to inspect the quality of finished or semi-finished raw materials and can be used as a standard for the majority of basic hammer weight tests. CEAST 9310 is a non instrumentation model, but can meet the needs of researching complex technical problems by adding instruments.

CEAST 9340 is a floor standing system designed to transfer energy within a range of 0.30-405 J (0.22-299 ft lb). The standard model includes standard instruments and an easy to install machine controller, making it convenient for operators to operate the testing machine and collect basic data. For more in-depth data, CEAST impact software and data acquisition system can be added. CEAST 9340 is widely applicable to various impact tests, including tensile impact, sheet penetration test, film, Izod impact test, and Charpy impact test.

CEAST 9350 is a floor standing system designed to transfer energy within a range of 0.59-757 J (0.44-558 ft lb). Like the previous generation models of the CEAST 9300 series, this testing machine also includes multiple time-saving features and supports most different types of options - from environmental test chambers to additional energy systems. The combination of CEAST 9350 with our impact software and data acquisition system makes data analysis easy and simple. This multifunctional instrument can be used to test almost any specimen from composite materials to finished products, and is also suitable for a wide range of impact tests, including tensile impact, breakdown, Izod impact test, and Charpy impact test.
